Welcome to Tunog Studios. By accessing our website or using our recording studio services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Tunog Studios provides professional recording, mixing, mastering, and music production services specializing in regional Philippine language music. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

2. Booking and Payment

• Studio sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings
• Full payment is due upon completion of services
• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
• Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and subject to change

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled session: full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: no refund
• Tunog Studios reserves the right to cancel sessions due to emergencies or equipment failure with full refund

4. Studio Rules

• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Respect all equipment and studio spaces
• No smoking or illegal substances on premises
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
• Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by negligence

5. Intellectual Property

All recordings, mixes, and masters created at Tunog Studios remain the intellectual property of the client. We retain the right to use excerpts for promotional purposes with client permission. We do not claim ownership of your music.

6. Liability

Tunog Studios is not liable for loss or damage to client property, equipment, or recordings beyond our reasonable control. We maintain insurance for our equipment and facilities. Clients are responsible for backing up their own files.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share client information or recordings without explicit permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
